Flights Ops could not take in 0
The DJI download has these flights, but Ops could not put them up for approval. Nothing is lost: Ops tries again every 30 minutes, and the chief pilot is e-mailed. An aircraft missing from the register can be added under Add / Edit Aircraft; anything else needs a fix to the Ops software.
Loading flights from the aircraft's log is not switched on yet. Keep logging flights on the Flight Log page.

The pre-flight is done but nothing has arrived from the aircraft yet. The pre-flight pilot and the chief pilot get an e-mail each morning until the flights arrive. Get the controller online so it uploads its records. A job marked flights loaded, more owed has flights in but more still on the controller, in DJI but not yet downloaded, or refused by Ops; it cannot be closed until they are in.
