Southwest Agri-Tech Pty Ltd is conducting an unmanned aircraft (drone) operation in this area for agricultural purposes.
We are requesting your consent to operate our drone within 30 metres of your current location. Australian law (CASR 101.245) allows this only with your consent.
If you consent, you understand and agree that:
1. A drone will operate within 30 metres of you during the current operation.
2. The drone will maintain a minimum distance of 15 metres from you at all times.
3. This consent applies to today's operation at this location only.
4. You may withdraw consent at any time by informing the operator — operations near you will stop immediately.
5. If you feel unsafe at any point, move away and inform the operator.
